According to section 377, homosexuality was considered a crime and in our society,
it was even more scary. They were made fun of, laughed at, taunted and threatened which was inhumane. On 6 September 2018, Indian Supreme Court declared section 377 is illegal and unconstitutional.
If homosexuality isn't a crime today, then our society is a perpetrator which has afflicted pain upon innocents.
